  • Key competencies, Skills and Attributes or Core Responsabilities:

    Maintain an up-to-date set of signed client and supplier contracts both electronically and in hard copy.
  • Maintain generic contract templates for all RisCura services.
  • FICA Compliance.
  • Maintain an up-to-date FICA Register.
  • Liaise with Compliance Reporting Company on regulatory compliance matters and ensure regulatory registrations and approvals are kept up to date.
  • Maintain/manage Fit and Proper Tracker to ensure that representatives are always compliant.
  • Manage and facilitate the Group’s company secretarial services which include, filing all applicable company secretarial documentation as required, creating and managing a record of what company secretarial obligations are.
  • Update Central Supplier Database with company information.
